[Toulibre] scanner pour pdf

Le plus simple est d'utiliser l'outil pdftk :
pdftk page1.pdf page2.pdf cat output pages.pdf

@jdd ImageMagick peut prendre directement les pdf en entrée :
   convert -density 150 page1.pdf page2.pdf pages.pdf
mais la conversion vers des images génère des tailles de pdf en sortie un
peu énorme.
